A name reserved for a vocational higher education institution that has been operating for at least 10 years, has at least 250 students (including 100 full-time), employs at least half of its academic teachers as their primary place of work, runs at least 5 fields of study, including at least one in engineering or one preparing for specific professions, and has no negative assessment from the PKA. In the register, the names of 23 operating institutions begin this way.
